Investor Pathway
Register
Investors looking to transact on the AltEdge Marketplace must first register and create a profile, providing all necessary information.
Fund Wallet
Once an Investor’s wallet has been KYC-verified, they can fund it by depositing US Dollars into the PSP nominee account. The funds will then be credited to the Investor’s wallet.
Invest
Investors can browse the AltEdge Marketplace for alternative asset Offerings. After reviewing all relevant information and documentation, they can execute investments directly from their wallet into the selected Offering/(s).
Earn
Throughout the life of a Deal, all regular income payments declared by Vendors are distributed to Investor wallets. These funds can be reinvested into new alternative asset Offerings or withdrawn if desired.
At the end of a Deal (or upon Deal exit), any capital gains and the initial investment are returned to Investor wallets.
Access and Monitor
Investors can access their transaction history, active and exited Deal information, and relevant documentation at any time. Reports can be downloaded for taxation purposes, and quarterly Deal Updates provide ongoing performance insights.
Aggregation Pathway
Once a vetted investment Offering is listed on the AltEdge Marketplace, investors can express their interest to participate. When the target capital raise is achieved, investor funds are automatically aggregated from their wallets into a dedicated aggregation SPV, and the investment is completed.
Investors participate through a Deal-specific, ring-fenced UK Limited Liability Partnership (aggregation Special Purpose Vehicle), holding a pro-rata ownership interest. The aggregation Special Purpose Vehicle then deploys the aggregated capital directly into the completed Deal.
