The AltEdge Marketplace is a digital exchange, or online platform, connecting Investors to Vendors offering 24/7 transactional capability.
Low Investment Minimums
The aaX Marketplace gives investors access to global alternative assets with minimum investments starting at US$500, providing exposure to this historically exclusive asset class and enabling easy reinvestment of earned distributions. Lower minimums also make risk management simpler.
Wallet Environment
AltEdge partners with a European-regulated Payment Services Provider to offer secure wallet functionality on the AltEdge Marketplace. Investors fund their wallets to invest in listed alternative asset Offerings, receive all income distributions during the life of a Deal, and are paid both capital gains and invested capital upon Deal exit.
Investors can manage their income or cashflow requirements by initiating a withdrawal from their wallet, which withdrawal will be paid to investors’ bank account on record.
Income-focussed Investments
Apart from Venture Capital and Private Equity, most investment Offerings on the AltEdge Marketplace generate regular income, with active Deals typically distributing payments quarterly. Some Deals, however, offer monthly income distributions.
Deal Terms
The average investment term on the AltEdge Marketplace is 4.5 years, with capital and any gains returned at Deal exit. We also offer shorter-term investment Offerings, with 1- and 3-year options, providing Investors greater versatility.
Targeted Returns
At AltEdge, we carefully select investment Offerings for our Marketplace with the potential to deliver annualised income of 7–11% and total returns of 12–18%, all in US Dollars.
Base Currency
The currency used to fund investor wallets and capital raises on the AltEdge Marketplace is the US Dollar.
Investor Alignment
AltEdge requires all Vendors to co-invest 5–10% of their own funds in Deals, ensuring their interests are fully aligned with those of our Investors.

Performance-Based Fees: AltEdge does not charge ongoing fees on your invested capital. We only earn a success fee on distributions and capital gains, so our interests are fully aligned with yours—if you earn, we earn.
